We had a fantastic turn out for our National Senior Health and Fitness Day drive by celebration. It was so wonderful to see all of you and catch up.
DON'T FORGET...tomorrow we are celebrating National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Drive by the center between 10am-11am and receive a free gift and quick chat with all of us. We miss you! Remember it is important to keep your body and mind engaged regularly. From puzzles and reading to walking and Zumba it is imperative to stay active. And don't forget talking and interacting with others plays a vital role in your overall health and well being as well. Take the time to make calls, visit with friends (while social distancing) and make memories.
