POOL OPENING UPDATE! The Millview Pool is open for the summer, daily from 10 am - 9 pm. The Lakeview Pool will be open on weekends only from 10 am - 9 pm, and then open for the summer on the last day of school, May 26 from 10 am - 9 pm. ... Residents in good standing with their HOA dues can visit the pool anytime they want - NO RESERVATIONS! Please always bring your amenities card with you to enter the pool. Our community-wide yard sale is tomorrow and Saturday! Homes that are participating (that contacted the social committee to be added to the map) are below. The sales are rain or shine, and totally up to each homeowner when they want to participate and what time they open/close.... Please be careful and courteous to homeowners, wear a mask if required on the property, and drive safely as there will be extra traffic in the neighborhood.

We have recently heard from AT&T and they have a project planned to upgrade their existing facilities in our neighborhoods! They will be converting outdated facilities with new state-of-the-art communications allowing for higher internet speeds and more features for residents. No existing service will be disturbed while they work. Door hangers will be placed on residents' doors prior to construction and will have contact information on it should any restoration be required. This is exciting news! They plan to start later this summer in the Millwater Crossing/Green Farm Trail area.

The Great American Cookie Company/Marble Slab Truck is coming back to Lakeview with back to school treats for the kids (and parents!) on Tuesday, August 18 from 4-6pm. You can pre-order these adorable back to school cookie kits (along with other treats) and pick them up at the truck in the parking lot. Or, you can order straight from the truck that day (cookie kits MUST be preordered and will be set aside for prepaid orders). To preorder your cookie kits, go to www.icecreamft....com, and select the cookie kit (and how many you want), and click "Add to Cart". You can also order other items so they are paid for but they will be made on the spot and not ready for immediate pick up (just FYI). Click the "Check Out" button and fill in your details. The next step is IMPORTANT: You will notice it says Store Pickup and has our clubhouse address below. Please change the option to "Schedule for later", and set it to Aug 18 at 4 pm. Hit next and finish your checkout process. THE PREORDER DEADLINE IS SUNDAY BY 7:00 PM.
