TONKATSU - deep fried pork chop with panko bread crumbs. Get it a la carte or with our Japanese Curry. : @salutinthecity

YAKISOBA - our classic saucy noodles from the flat top griddle topped with your choice of protein. Optionally churched up with an assortment of veggies.

KOMBU BURGER - a little unconventional, but yes we do have a burger inspired by our classic okonomiyaki! We mix in kombu kelp, bonito, and seasonings into a beef patty, top it with mozzarella cheese and okonomiyaki sauce, then add a quick slaw made with kewpie mayo, green onion, and pickled ginger. Served with our house pickles and spicy corn chips. : @salutinthecity
