Sold out of....everything.

It appears the wings are a hit! We have completely sold out. We sold more yesterday than I expected for the entire weekend. With this in mind, Wings will become a regular menu item...and we will buy more.

Several people have asked if we sell the shirts we wear at the restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't order any to sell. We just got a new order of shirts in with a new design on the back. We ordered enough to sell a limited amount. Short sleeve $15 Long sleeve $18

For this weeks Friday and Saturday special, Smoked Wings and Smoked Buffalo wings. We introduced these last Saturday evening and I hear folks want more. The sauce we used was an off the shelf sauce and just like when we started making our own queso for the Totchos, I felt we could step it up a notch.
