Our office remains available to our clients during the Covid 19 crisis during normal business hours. As a precaution to protect our clients, we ask that all meetings take place by video or telephone if possible. Thank you and we'll all get through this together!

COVID19 Notice During this period of crisis, our office is maintaining smart availability as we continue to work to achieve our clients’ goals. As part of this effort, and in order to maximize the safety of our clients and our staff, we will be working remotely for matters not requiring personal appearance. We will continue to be reachable by all regular means, including telephone, email, fax and mail. I encourage all clients to schedule meetings by telephone or video ...whenever possible, to maintain social distancing. Please also note that remote handling of calls may result in trivial delays in answering. I want to reemphasize that we are fully staffed and 100% operational. However, most court systems have suspended non-essential matters, including jury trials, hearings, and in-person conferences, for a period of a few weeks to a month. This means that deadlines, hearings, trials, and conferences that are scheduled in the next 30 days may be postponed to another date. This postponement is subject to extension. We are closely monitoring courts for all affected clients, and will notify you of any changes due to emergency orders while the COVID 19 crisis continues. If you find yourself in an emergency due to COVID 19 delays, please contact us for advice and help! All of my clients are encouraged to monitor COVID 19 developments. A link to the CDC’s COVID 19 page can be found at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. Please note that according to the CDC’s own statistics, the novel coronavirus impact is still very mild when compared to normal seasonal flus. Use sensible precautions, but please try to maintain perspective and don’t permit others to panic you. To schedule a consultation with our office please call (770) 753-9995
