Start earning your badges! Track your progress on the digital tracker in your app! INBODY SCANNER: starting Monday July 6th Inbody Scanner will be available! Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll challenge you to a series of in-studio and out-of-studio workouts, at-home challenges, outdoor cardio activities and even some recovery work in between. You’ll earn badges for crushing each challenge along the way so you can humbly brag about your progress! - 16 Workouts (in studio/ at home) - Change your sleep habits for one week - 6 out of studio cardio workouts-outdoor/indoor run, outdoor walk or outdoor bike - 4 signature challenges (in studio or at home) - Change your eating habits for one week - 4 recovery workouts
