Meet Dr. David A. Brcka, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon fellowship trained in Sports Medicine, practicing in our Fayetteville and Newnan locations. Dr. Brcka has advanced training in arthroscopic hip preservation surgery, a minimally-invasive procedure for treating many painful hip conditions. His practice includes general orthopedics with special interest in customized total knee implants, hip arthroscopy for hip pain, total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder ...arthroscopy, and shoulder replacement surgery. He is also skilled at total knee arthroplasty, and total knee and partial knee replacement. Dr. Brcka is active in the community and has served as team physician for a community college and several high schools including Sandy Creek High School. He is a licensed pilot and in his free time, he enjoys cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving and flying.

Meet Dr. Sudhir R. Belagaje a Board-certified Orthopedic surgeon who has specialty training in foot and ankle surgery practicing in our Austell and Paulding locations. In addition to General Orthopedics and Orthopedic trauma/injuries involving all extremities, his clinical interests include total ankle replacements and deformities of the forefoot. Dr. Belagaje also specializes in sports medicine and work injuries. Dr. Belagaje is active in the community. He has been a volunteer for Our Hearts to Your Soles, an annual nationwide program designed to provide free foot examinations and shoe wear to the less fortunate on Thanksgiving. He has also served as a volunteer author for the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society FootCareMD website, which provides public education for common surgical procedures in Foot and Ankle surgery.

We would like to welcome one of the newest physicians on our team, Dr. Tobias von Bergen, a board eligible orthopedic surgeon, fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. von Bergen practices at our Stockbridge location and his practice includes wrist, elbow, and shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction, comprehensive care of adult and pediatric upper extremity injuries and disorders, fracture care, as well as work injuries. He has a special interest in advanced care for lost limbs, including targeted muscle reinnervation, regenerative peripheral nerve surgery and neuroma management. Dr. von Bergen is fluent in German.

We would like to welcome one of the newest physicians on our team, Dr. Sierra G. Phillips, a board eligible orthopedic surgeon, fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Phillips practices at our Austell location and her practice includes hand surgery, wrist surgery, elbow surgery, arthritis treatment, fracture care and work injuries. She has a special interest in Mini-Open Carpal Tunnel Release. Dr. Phillips' goal is to work together with the patient to determine a diagnosis and help the patient work through a treatment plan all the while maintaining open communication. Dr. Phillips has actively participated in a medical mission trip to Costa Rica. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing soccer, beach volleyball, golf, snow skiing and cooking.

We would like to welcome one of the newest physicians on our team, Dr. Joshua A. Bell, a board eligible orthopedic surgeon, fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction. Dr. Bell practices at our Newnan and Peachtree City locations. In addition to general orthopedics, his clinical interests include adult reconstruction. Dr. Bell has received fellowship training in treating problems specific to the hip and knee. Dr. Bell is active in the community. Since 2014, he has participated in the annual Soles for Souls homeless shelter foot care clinic in Chicago, IL. A Georgia football fan, Dr. Bell’s other interests include skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding and triathlons. He also enjoys movies, reading, and grilling in his hometown of Powder Springs, GA.
