This week's Nutrition Topic Tuesday is all about carbohydrates! Carbohydrates are our bodies main energy source, so it is important to understand them.

For the month of May, we will be highlighting nutrition topics each Tuesday! This week's topic is fiber: what is it, why you need it, and where to get it!

Hey, Panthers! November is Food Insecurity Awareness month. This month, we hope to increase awareness of food insecurity and how it affects college students. Next week beings Food Insecurity Awareness month, and to kick it off we wanted to share Soledad O'Brien's documentary 'Hungry to Learn.' This documentary follows college students facing the hard choice of paying for college or paying for food and housing.
