Fruits, fried potatoes, and mild spices mixed together? Sounds like a guilt-free snack. Presenting Navratri & Dussehra special Falahari Fruit Chaat. Easily digested, light on the stomach, and makes fasting all the more worth it! Ingredients: 1 large apple (peeled & cubed) 1 large banana (peeled & sliced)... 2 small oranges (segments) 1 cup grapes (de-seed & cut into halves) Himaliyan salt to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 lemon 3 tbsp oil 2 potatoes (medium, peeled & cubed) 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add apple, banana, oranges, and grapes. 2. Further, add Himaliyan salt and black pepper powder in the same bowl. 3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fruit bowl. Toss it all well mixing spices with the fruits. 4. Refrigerate for about 10 15 minutes. 5. In a pan, heat oil on low medium flame. 6. Add potatoes and deep fry them until they turn golden and crispy. 7. Drain out any excess oil from the potatoes and add them to the fruit bowl. 8. Mix the fried potatoes with the rest of the fruits. Toss it well. 9. Add pomegranate seeds and again toss it all. 10. Serve and enjoy!
