"L'etoile", the painting in the background represents an aspect of Adelaide's life, an extraordinary woman who inspired the creation of Perry Lane. By being a dancer herself, she connected to the visceral qualities contained within this piece by Edgar Degas and with that wanted to share that beauty with all t...hose that traveled through our halls. Which meant of course capturing this HUGE reproduction of #Degas Dancer painting in the elevator lobby! Dropping a #GT200 by @geekoto behind the couple (literally on the ground!) I was able to showcase Degas’ Dancer, AND the wonderful couple, Lindsay and Brian!
