I got off the phone with multiple stressed clients this morning. At the end of each phone call, they relayed that they felt better now that they had talked to me. We deal with people going through very stressful, real life situations everyday. Making them feel better during these times though, is how I, as a legal assistant to an awesome attorney, like to measure my success. I know my coworkers agree. That's what makes us different.... -Liz
