Proud to have been in court in Pike county the other day on behalf of one of our deserving injured clients. A major insurance company tried to strong arm our client into accepting a small settlement. They obviously forgot who they were dealing with. We fought for our client and won the day. Here at Pasley, Nuce, Mallory & Davis, LLC, we fight insurance companies who try to take advantage of good people.

Perry Mason, the Pasley, Nuce, Mallory & Davis elf, was on his way to report for duty to watch over our attorneys and report back to Santa when he was struck by another driver who had a little too much eggnog and ran a red light! Poor Mr. Mason suffered from a broken leg, a broken arm and a concussion. Mr. Mason was shocked when the at fault drivers insurance company, GRINCH Insurance, would not even pay his medical bills. Not to worry, the Pasley, Nuce, Mallory & Davis team is on the case! We have the power, knowledge and experience to take on big insurance companies like GRINCH Insurance. If you are having trouble dealing with insurance companies who are on the naughty list like GRINCH Insurance, join Mr. Mason and let us help you. Pasley, Nuce, Mallory & Davis, LLC continues to remain committed to serving our clients and the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. While our lobbies have been temporarily closed, except by appointment only, we are fully staffed and stand ready to help when you need it most, even if your time of need happens during the current health crisis. We are routinely scheduling phone consultations for existing and potential clients, closing real estate transactions, concluding unco...ntested matters, handling many legal matters via video conference and recovering damages for our injured or disabled clients to get them much needed financial assistance. In short, we are adapting and pushing ahead to the greatest extent possible under the circumstances as we continue to represent the best interest of our clients. We stand ready to go to court on these matters. The Order also encourages matters that are deemed not essential to proceed forward as much as feasible. While court hearings during this time will likely be delayed there are many legal functions that can still be accomplished new cases and pleadings can be filed, uncontested matters such as uncontested divorces/modifications/legitimations can be completed without going to court, real estate transactions can be closed such as purchases or refinances (it’s a great time to refinance to take advantage of current low rates), injury claims and workers’ compensation claims can be pursued and many other important legal matters can still be accomplished.
