Here’s a little information on how the range is set for tomorrow. There are roughly 11 targets setup like you would see at any of our regular tournaments. The other 9, well let’s just say there doable. Nothing over 60 yards, nothing under 1 yard. The longer shots are mostly open, the shorter shots can be a little tight. Scoring, IBO scored as 12. One shot you’ll have a choice between a the wild boar or the alligator. The alligator will score higher in points. I predict y’all are going to enjoy this setup. Hope to see everyone tomorrow, looking like a prefect day for foam killing.

Well Well Well here he is again and he’s bringing $$$$ this time. All you have to do is not break and arrow on Ole Sawblade. Hit center and you’ll be entered into a drawing that I’ll do tomorrow night live on Facebook. The bigger the turn out the more the pot will be. There’s no entry fee for the drawing just don’t break an arrow. Also you don’t have to shoot him, no points involved. Just a chance to pick up a few extra $$$.

Well the range is set for this upcoming weekend’s (May 2nd) Extreme tournament. We’re calling it the Extreme because there’s some extreme shots. Forget max yardage, wide open vitals, good lighting, broadsided shots, you know the things you normally can expect. There will be a few normal shots to keep you on track. Also we will be scoring with the IBO center 11 ring but it’ll score as a 12. Also the saw blade makes a return just in time to put some cash money in your pocket. ...You will not be forced to shoot at the saw blade but if you do and you hit foam you’ll be entered into a drawing to win $. There will be a mulligan available, I’m afraid some of y’all may need it. Just so y’all are not spooked there’s nothing over 60yards. This will be a money tournament for all classes. The entry fees are as follows. Adults $30 , youth $20. 50% paybacks for every class. The extra $5 goes back to the shooters. Make sure you don’t miss out. See y’all Sunday.

We’re ready to roll tomorrow morning. Looking at the forecast we’ll have a great day for shooting. The range doesn’t hold water like the home range (remember we’re shooting the range next to my house). There will be additional parking in the hay field next to my house. Your can enter it from my back yard. See y’all tomorrow.

Alright my archery friends it’s time. Next Sunday January 3rd. I have the range all ready for next weekend’s tournament. We’re going to call this tournament Knock the rust off. After walking thru the range checking to make sure all lanes are clear, I’m thinking some of y’all will probably be saying things like crap, pitiful, have mercy, how can I shoot this bad on this course, I should have been 20 up. If this happens don’t beat yourself up. Even though this is probably on...e of the shortest courses I’ve ever set, I’m getting a vibe some of y’all will struggle. This tournament will be at our 2nd range located 1/2 mile from our home range next to my house also on Price Rd. 1392 Price Rd Wrightsville Ga 31096 Cash prizes except for youth, trophies. $25 entry fee, 1 mulligan available for $3 extra So here’s what to expect, short shots for most targets, some narrow vitals, sun will be a factor, some shadows but I’ve seen worse and some object distraction. In other words lots of fun to be had. We will have concession available. Hope to see everyone next weekend.
