Dear Members After much thought and careful consideration, we have decided to reopen effective Monday, April 27. We will be using this weekend to make sure our facility is ready with the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocols in place. The reopening has not been an easy decision for several reasons including, and most importantly, our concern for you, our valued members, our staff, and our community at large. ... Although our Governor has stated we can legally open with proper safety protocols, we recognize that Albany is dealing with a completely different situation than other areas of the state. This has been well outlined and stated by our respected Mayor, Bo Dorough, as well as other city officials. With that in mind, we will be reopening in accordance with the 20 safety guidelines as outlined in the Governor’s executive order. There will be changes made within our facility, club hours, and staffing schedules in order to ensure we can comply. We ask all of our members to please cooperate with us, remain flexible and understanding of these changes as our goal is to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. We look forward to continuing to support the health and fitness needs of our members and seeing you back in the club as your personal situation and the state of this pandemic allows.

Based on Governor Kemp's statement today, gyms will be allowed to operate within strict operating protocols. We will update you soon on our plans and operating hours.

Shelter in place order has been extended through April 30th

Today, April 3rd, the City of Albany extended its order already in force to comply with state law to keep closed all non-essential businesses including gyms & fitness centers. The restrictions will be in effect until 4/14/20 or until further notice. All members will be credited with time lost during the time we are closed. Thank you for doing your part in keeping safe and helping stop the spread.

As we move into our 18th year as Albany's premier fitness & personal training facility we look forward to continually service our valued members' needs. Unfortunately with the present shelter in place order, we will be forced to remain closed until April 7th. We will keep you updated on any changes. In the meantime, please stay safe.
