Meet the team ~ Continued ~ Meet Emma and Emily! The ones who flip trick and tumble their hearts out on this team! Not only that; but these are two of the most versatile athletes. Main base, side base, backspot you name it, they can do it!! This is Emma’s second year on Phoenix after getting a bid to the Cheerleading Worlds last season and not being able to attend due to Covid! She has a strong gymnastics background so work ethic is definitely a strong suit of hers. Emily is a first year Phoenix athlete after stepping into the cheer world last season from gymnastics who also cheers for her high school team, Houston County. After a strong push this weekend at BUTBT we are so excited to see what Emily accomplishes this season

Happiest of birthdays to our gym mom of gym moms, Latasha! Although she is not on staff at PunchFront, she is instrumental in not only with communicating but also the way we look. . Latasha creates our designs for shirts and lots of creative items for the booster to continuously raise money for the kids. She knows nearly every competitive athlete by name and our kids love her because they know she will do anything for them...and that’s not stretching the truth at all. Phoenix ended their weekend in second place. We are so proud of their fight on the floor. Going against two great teams they can’t wait to get in the gym and push themselves harder for the next comp. Way to go Phoenix

Meet the team ~ Backspot Edition ~ Everyone knows Coach Mike! He’s been with us for three seasons now on on the worlds stage with us once ~ the second was cut short due to Covid ~. Mike is known for saving stunts and always having a positive attitude. He’s a natural leader by his work ethic. Coach Mikey came to us after 4 years at Troy University. After graduation he wasn’t quite ready to hang up his cheer shoes, so here he is. He’s know for he’s great Technique in Coed Stunting! Justin has joined us this year from West Georgia Cheer (sorry for the pic Justin lol). Justin retired, or so he though. Now he’s back and ready to hit the big blue today with Phoenix. Justin is know for the smile that never leaves his face and of course he’s also an amazing backspot. Stay tuned for our FINAL meet the team reveal tonight

Meet the Team ~ Side Base Edition ~ Both Colette and Mykayla are joining Phoenix for their 2nd season!! After getting a bid to the Cheerleading Worlds last season and not being able to attend due to Covid, they are eager to hit the mat this season with Phoenix. Colette has been to summit many times as an athlete and is motivated to help her team get back to the worlds stage this season. Mykayla has been on the worlds stage once already, and is determined to make her way back. Mackenzie is joining us with a competitive gymnastics Background. After half of a season last year with PunchFront, we are so excited to have her joining our level 6 team!! Taking the mat tomorrow , stay tuned for our final meet the team reveal. #IOC6 #cacaw
