We've heard of tipping people in the service industry. But would you tip an online retail worker? One The Bert Show member discovered this option as she was online shopping, but it didn't sit right with her.

It's Cassie, and I heard about it from Northside Hospital...basically it's when women do it all: juggling work, kids (if you have them), taking care of the house, relationships, keeping everything in everyone's lives running, the emotional load...and at the end of the day, you're Superwoman saving the World...but there's no time left for YOU. We're so busy being everyone else's here, but I gotta ask you...who's YOUR hero? It's time we... started stepping up and being ourselves, too! You can't help everyone if you're running on fumes, and taking care of our health is just as important as taking care of everyone else's. I started small--daily walks for 15 minutes and making sure I eat more vegetables. It's the *little* things that work their way into bigger habits for better health. That way it stays manageable and you CAN find time to be your own hero. Five minutes of meditation. Go to bed earlier. Drink more water. Make that doctor's appointment you've been putting off. (Seriously, go do it now. I'll wait.) Or simply just stop and take a breath. You are SO important. You are SO many people's hero. But you know what? Even heroes have to take their capes off and rest once in a while. #TalkAboutIt #WomensHealth #NorthsideHospital
