Quick Land Solutions

Sometimes we are able to provide a solution for a customer that goes beyond money. We picked up this property recently from a customer that had inherited it. She was never going to live there, but more importantly, the land represented some bad memories and emotions for her. She was thankful to have it sold to us. We are glad to add to her traveling fund with the proceeds, and also help her put the bad feelings behind her.

We recently picked up this beautiful property from a wonderful elderly lady. We had to do a little extra work to get the paperwork done on this one, but it was well worth the effort to help an elderly person get it done right so she could get paid. I love that when she called me, she eventually started saying, "Hello, it's your old friend, Mrs. L." Thanks for trusting us with your family land, Mrs. L.

We bought this beautiful little lot recently from a gentleman who had inherited it. He lived on the opposite side of the country from the property. He hadn't even seen it and no longer wanted it. We made the transaction easy by allowing him to choose which day to sign the closing papers. In the end he had extra money for the end of the year, and we were able to add a beautiful lot to our inventory.

We are super pleased to have purchased this little gem from a prominent land owner. This property threw us some punches, but we wrangled it in and made it a win for both the seller and us. How pretty does this little wooded lot look?
