This was a labor of love working on this project. We closed on the home in October 2019. A tree fell on the house from the neighbors across the street before the demo began. Then the pandemic hit at the beginning stages of the renovation. The Investor persevered and continued to move forward. Alongside the phenomenal contractor the construction progressed and we eventually had this beautiful modern farmhouse. ...
