I will start with mine .. New agent many years ago . I am girly girl in the north ga mtns in summer . Wearing cute wedge sandals with my capris and top. Listing is vacant pasture land . (No house ) listing agent has in remarks - call before showing - call and text for 32 hrs no respons...e no answer . Figure it’s just land let’s go show . Get there with clients . Fenced in but only cable across gate area. (Pic this . I am 411) so I crawl under cable - clients 57-62 step over . Walking around property notice big piles of Manure. Then notice fence has electric wire with it . About that time hear big hooves and a loud snort, see large bull. Encourage buyers to run- don’t wait to see if they do . Now remember cable they could step over . I can’t . So I slide under it (right thru pile of bull%#^. ) yep turn to clients and say- what ya ll want to offer for it ) have to drive home in only undergarments and soiled clothes and shoes in back of truck . Lesson of day. Don’t show unless talk to agent and always keep change of clothes in car . See more
