@jennashea knocks it out EVERY time! Homes for sale HAVE to have professional photography in order to get the highest offer. Even in a Seller's market, I don't skimp or skip this important step to save a few bucks because that can translate to $1000s less in offers for my Seller clients. It is included in every listing I take. This was an action shot behind the scenes from a condo in Midtown I listed of her at work! After the shoot, we sat down to edit the pics together. They were great and it translated to going under contract sooner than the other 10+ condos in the building.

Sunday House Runday recap. Made 4 house in 4 miles in Ormewood. Overall, houses seem priced pretty well for the market. One of my favorites was on Kendrick-- congruent interior style throughout (the pic of kitchen with brown door and the bath with claw foot tub). The big house on Emerson was fun to see too. So happy for JQ and Anthony! They were great to work for and I was happy to help them find a beautiful home in Decatur. The closing was held at the BHG Metro Brokers office at Glenridge. It was In person and everyone wore masks (and no one shared pens!) Safe space for all.

Since rates have been at record lows and everyone is taking longer than usual to close transactions I am hearing back from some agents that contracts are being negotiated and won when we can close sooner than other lenders. I thought it would be helpful for you to see a list of what is needed for your borrower to start gathering while they are house hunting. It will save some time and stress to be proactive and find documents ahead of time than to rush while trying to pack your current home.

Atlanta Realtors Association March Market Brief, official numbers and statement about the metro area: "While the Metro Atlanta area, and our country, experienced significant changes over the past month, the housing market in Atlanta remained relatively stable compared to previous years, said Jennifer Pino, President of Atlanta REALTORS Association. The March sales reflect transactions that were in process as the pandemic began to overtake our country and demonstrate some of the efforts made by our members to assist their clients all the way to closing through this extraordinary time. While agents would traditionally be preparing for a strong spring market, we expect the April numbers will reflect a slowdown as a result of this crisis.
