Recent master bathroom remodel. This client had a leak in their shower that damaged the subfloor. We came in, removed the shower and floors in order to repair the subfloor. We installed new tile in the closet, bathroom and a brand new shower with multiple shower heads. We capped it off with new granite for the vanities. This 26’x14’ cedar beam pergola was rotting away and sagging due to undersized beams. We removed the entire structure and rebuilt it with a 6"x12" exterior rated house beam wrapped in cedar boards. New extension and sunroom complete! All new deck with pressure treated lumber and Feeney aluminum post cable rails. Complete renovation of a master bathroom, powder room and kitchen accent. Navy blue cabinets with a custom mirror upper cabinet were installed in the master bathroom along with a custom tile shower and mirrors. The closet was converted into a walk in closet and we finished that room off with heated tile floors! The powder room has a new barn door, vanity, and mirror. Recent addition to a repeat clients outdoor living space we built last summer. Now these clients can enjoy a large summer kitchen with two refrigerators, a wine cooler, trash can, deep fryer, smoker, grill, sink, and storage compartments. On the other side, they can now enjoy their brand new masonary fireplace with two dual wood boxes on the back and a reclaimed white oak beam mantle. They ended with a matching knee wall sitting bench wrapping the concrete pad we poured last summer. (Clean up is the last thing to do!)
