Finished some beautiful American Flag cornhole boards last week and I LOVE how they turned out!! And of course the bags are matching Stars and Stripes (I just forgot to get a picture). My new way of making floating shelves. The interior bracket way was about to drive me nuts but drilling holes into the shelf and using dowel rods inside is quick, easy and super sturdy!! Just attach the piece you ripped off onto the wall with the dowel rods inside and slide the shelf on. So we put the older girls in the bonus room which meant we needed as much space as possible. Both have queen beds, large dressers etc. Lily’s art desk was HUGE and needed to be replaced. Soooo I decided to make her an over the bed desk that she can just roll up to her or down to the bottom of the bed when she’s done and it has saved a TON of space. Plus it looks better.
