Paused, but not going anywhere! Hi friends, you may have noticed we've been a little quite on social media, and if you been to classes you may already know that we've paused the full class schedule. Have no fear! We're still active and planning classes. Checkout our current updates: We will be announcing a new limited schedule that will be completely virtual soon. We will still hold *Pop-up* classes of all formats, so if you dont see your favorite for...mat, keep an eye out for a *Pop-up* class coming soon! It was our hope that Covid-19 numbers would continue to remain steady or go down, so that when the parks and outdoor spaces in our neighborhood were opened up to larger organized groups in early July we could hold some outdoor events, but with numbers on the rise we don't feel getting together as a group is the safest move at this time. NEW PROGRAMS coming soon that will encompass total wellness (fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing). The goal will be to kick start our lifestyle into increased wellbeing in a new socially distant world. We can be happy, fit, and well in 2020! Details coming soon! See more

We've been announcing it in classes, but in case you have not caught a class this week, we're remaining virtual to keep clients, participants, and instructors safe and healthy. Group classes by nature bring us together. That is their beauty, but for now we are going to continue to come together virtually and celebrate each other from our homes

Saturday Zumba will begin at 12:30p 4/18-5/30. After That, we will assess which time is optimal! Thank you for your flexibility! @kaykayfit.atl is attending a Fitness Belly Dancing series and will be bringing you some fun new moves and routines!
