Always a great day when you get your updated Riverbend Gun Club membership card in the mail. I have been a member of the gun club for many years. I have always been and will always be a proud defender of our second amendment.

Eric Will be Missed....

RBGC's Rifleman's Weekend scheduled for this weekend (May 4/5) has been rescheduled to May 25/26 due to expected weather. The Rifleman's Weekend is a "vintage" rifle match for rifles from the WWII era and earlier. Most matches are sanctioned by the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) with the emphasis on making it a fun, easy event to participate in. More information on the club website.

Action Pistol was Exciting with ALL Steel. The after match excitement was catching fish in the Corn Field!

Lake River Bend had a nice current today. AND a beautiful chorus singing.

High Power Silhouette started their matches for the year. Haze, Rain, fog make shooting out to 535m interesting!!! Russell Wynne and Scott Pehrson ran a great match!

Good News! The flooding has gone down significantly and the road is passable. ALL RANGES ARE OPEN!

Members and friends! The Etowah River is out of it's banks and there is flooding on Gun Club property. All ranges past MP1 are inaccessible as the road in front of MP1 is flooded. As you all are aware it has not stopped raining yet and the river will continue to rise! Please check back here and on the club website for updates. Please be careful!!!
