From the planning stages, to meeting with our architect on design conception, these clients did a lot of research for their luxury home building ideas. When it comes to building your dream home, you almost can’t research enough. With the best planning you can avoid having any regrets. These clients simply crossed every T and dotted every I, so they would not have to eventually after years of living in their custom built house start any sentences with I wish we had.........

Fascinating......the ONLY word I would use to describe this custom build. From the GOURMET kitchen with quartz countertops to the Morris and Company Wallpaper in the study. This house was a designers dream come true! Not to mention the view out the back of the house is pretty amazing too with a custom built pool! From concept to completion, these clients are now enjoying their country living!

Is this not the cutest little cottage style home you’ve ever seen?? Rosewood Development had so much fun helping this sweet lady bring her vision of her forever home to life. She had bought her own land awhile back and trusted us to help her fulfill her dreams of building. We truly hope it is everything she ever wanted :)

Check out this beautiful custom build!!! There are so many unique features in this home. (Really can’t decide my favorite part.....kitchen??? or the fact the master tub looks sooooo relaxing!!) 3, 2 1/2 -Split open floor plan with bonus/full bath upstairs. We hope these amazing clients enjoy their retirement and living in Georgia. I bet they do not miss the Michigan snow at all :)

As they say A house is made with walls and beams, A home is made with love and dreams. And that is exactly how I feel about this amazing family we got to work with on our very last build in our Nunnally Farm community. I know this beautiful home is filling up on love and laughter!
