There is a Reiki share at the Phoenix and Dragon bookstore in Sandy Springs tomorrow, sponsored by Heartfelt Reiki. Will I see you there? Reiki practitioners of every level are welcome, as well as people who are just interested in Reiki. Everyone gets a turn on one of the tables, while others send Reiki energy. It's a good introduction to Reiki energy and a chance to ask questions. There's no fee!

Did you know that Reiki is not only for stress relief and potential healing for people and animals? It can bring you other benefits. Recently I did a few sessions sending out Reiki for greater abundance in my life. From out of the blue, someone I knew (somewhat, but not close) handed me a Kelley Blue Book page describing a truck, said she and her husband had one they were looking to give away and would I be interested?! I said yes, test drove it over a weekend and had a mech...anic look at it. Though used and with some mileage on it, it had been very well cared for. It will be of enormous value to me personally as well as my Reiki practice. Now, if you also send out Reiki you may or may not be given a vehicle, but who knows! The Universe knows what you need. Don't assume the Universe can only use what channels you're aware of, either, but be open to the unexpected! Namaste.

I'm very happy to report I will be studying animal Reiki with Kathleen Prasad, having won a scholarship. Now to decide which level, and where. I have been working with animals with Reiki for years but look forward to learning more. Never stop learning, in Reiki, in your spiritual practice, in life in general!

My blog will be about experiences of Reiki with people as well as doing Reiki on animals. The first entries are about animals. I find it appropriate since it was helping a pet cat that initially motivated me to learn Reiki, and Reiki for animals has remained a strong part of my practice.
