Dear Clients- As May 14th approaches, I wanted to provide further details on the health and safety protocols and precautions I will be implementing at the cli...nic. I hope upon reading this you will feel confident in returning as a customer and more importantly, continuing our treatments together. - The front door will be locked at all times so no one unexpected will come in. No clients will pass each other in bathroom or reception. - I will be wearing a mask. - I will be taking temperatures of all clients before entering the space. - Shoes will need to be removed in reception area. - All chairs, magazines, and candy (I know, don't be too upset!) in the front room have been removed. - There is no quilt on the treatment room cot. Instead, I will be using exam paper like in a doctor's office, to cover the surface. -Clients can bring their own quilts if they feel they will be cold. - The knee pillow has been replaced with a vinyl covered one for easy cleaning. - There will be no towel under clients' head but a disposable pad instead. - Clients will be scheduled 2 hours apart to allow me time to: 1. Toss out all disposables 2. Spray the cot and pillow with EPA approved disinfectant followed by 15 minutes of UV light exposure 3.
