I finally received the structural engineer's report (after waiting for 3 weeks)! Hopefully things will start moving now. Please send any names of good general contractors my way (people who can do large jobs). I'm hoping to get bids from 5-6 contractors. Thanks!

It was nice to be able to see patients yesterday. Good to distract myself from this craziness! Today I'm meeting with the Insurance adjuster. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

On Saturday, June 1, 2013, the offices of Sandy Chiropractic sustained significant damaged by a stolen ambulance. Dr. Sandy is grateful that no one was hurt and sincerely appreciative of all the first responders for their support. The office has been damaged considerably and will need extensive renovations. Dr. Sandy is dedicated to serving her patients and will continue to take appointments. For the time being, Dr. Sandy can see patients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday...s at the Injury 2 Wellness Center, located at: 4244 E Ponce de Leon AVE, Clarkston, GA 30021 (10 minutes away from Dr. Sandy's office). The Clarkston office is located just outside of I-285 approximately 1.5 miles on the left. Coming from I-285 south, you will use the E. Ponce De Leon exit and make a left. Coming from I-285 north, you will use the Church Street/Clarkston exit and make a right. The office is also accessible via Marta Busline #120 which goes to Avondale Station. Once a new, nearby location is obtained, Dr. Sandy will resume her normal schedule of Mondays thru Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays. I'm finally posting some photos of the office (post construction). If you haven't been following the drama of the last two years, some idiot stole an ambulance from Emory Hospital and crashed it into the office. We pretty much gutted the whole building. New interior framing, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and paved the parking lot. The only thing left was the three exterior walls. Terrie and I love our new (old) home!
