After 500 plus hours of continuing education in my constant pursue of growth and knowledge to better serve my patients, I decided to apply for the fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. I have been a dentist for the last 17 years and our profession is constantly growing and evolving and I have loved growing with it. I am proud to say that I passed my exam on Friday and fulfilled a goal and dream! Only 6% of dentists become fellows of the academy and I feel so blessed to have this honor. Thank you to Shane Benefield and my family for supporting me during this pursuit.
