The Georgia Quality Cotton Awards for the 2020 season have been announced!! The state is divided into four regions for this award. This cotton was ginned at Sconyers Gin and Warehouse in Sycamore, Georgia. In each region an award goes to one grower in the following categories: Less than 500 acres- Chad Hawkins ... 500-1000 acres- Wendell Hobby 1000 acres & up- Wilson Keene Best Overall in the district- Chad Hawkins

First bale of 2020 in the books! Congratulations to Frank and Floyd Tucker!!

SANR Dean, Dr. Mark Kistler, had the opportunity to visit James "Buck" White, President and General Manager of Sconyers Gin and Warehouse Company in Sycamore, GA this week. Buck is a 2011 graduate of ABAC and his wife, Holly, is also an ABAC alumnus.

President Trump signed the disaster bill this afternoon. It now being law, relief is on the way!
