I thought I would play around with some gift sets and especially with mini cookies. I have to say I have enjoyed baking and decorating the mini cookie sets. A mini cookie is the same recipe as a regular cookie it’s just a tad thicker and bite size. You may see more of these for Easter!! Here is what I have.
