Update on the roads: Talked to the attorney of the bank that currently holds the deed to the roads and he told me that the county commissioners voted on July 18th to take the roads over along with all the drainages. They all voted Yes. The next step is to wait for the deeds from the county to get back to him and then the taxes will be paid up and then he will mail everything back to us. Once we get everything back from the attorney, it will be official that the roads and d...rains will be owned by the county and the HOA will own the retention pond on Blackwater Way.
