News Update for our range members: We have a big event being put on by Ducks Unlimited at our facility on Tuesday, October 13th. With this event happening, our 200yd rifle range will be closed both Tuesday and Wednesday (10/13 & 10/14) this week as the rifle line will be having tents put up along with tables and chairs for an outdoor fund raising event. Our pistol ranges will be open for member use only 10am - 1pm on these two days.... This fund-raising event can be attended by the public where tickets to get in are $100 per person at the door if any tickets remain. All proceeds go toward wetlands conservation that benenfits not only ducks, but all wildlife in wetland habitats. For the event, doors open at 5:30pm, dinner served at 6:30 with the live auction starting at 7pm.

October USPSA registration is up!

Primer Update: Bad news....we are not getting the full amount of primers that we ordered (1 million). We received an invoice for a ration of 50,000 - of which ...we owe some members and other regular customers about half of this that they lent us for the past few weeks. With that said, we will not be able to sell any when we do get our hands on them. We'll keep you posted here on FB if and when we are able to get more and are able to sell them.

Gonna be a first for us hosting an event like this, but we are really looking forward to a great time! We have tickets to the event $100 per person - this is entry to the event, dinner, and an open bar. Raffle tickets and auction items are there if you want to participate!

Just a heads up, there is not going to be a USPSA match this month (September) due to most of the organizers and competitive shooters attending a large match the same weekend.

We had our 5th Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest last month and the votes have been tallied! This year's winner is one of our Kid's Program participants...Khi!

Current Range Conditions After all the rain (somewhere around 6 inches) yesterday, our pistol lines are flooded - firing line 1 is unusable, firing line 2 is good out to about 3 yards. Firing line 3 is usable, but be prepared for some mud on your shoes. The 200yd rifle line is up and running with no issues.

November 2020 Second Sunday 2-Gun Match We have made the decision to not have our 2-gun match this month due to a variety of reasons: low turnout participation in the matches the past few months, ammunition shortage, and we also have personnel out for various reasons and do not have the manpower to put the match on. We do not host matches in December due to holidays.... We will resume this match in January.

The storm known as "Sally" is what we're currently getting all the weather from as we wake up today. Because of all the rain that we had overnight and expect to get for most of today, we will not be opening the firing lines for live fire today due to very poor range conditions. UPDATE: We will be closed all day today to include the shop. Conditions have worsened and we just witnessed a retaining wall collapse over at out sister Indoor Range where the skating rink's retaining wall let go due to ground saturation and cracks in the wall.

If you have not yet been on our 200yd rifle range, this might be a unique time to get on it! The local Ducks Unlimited chapter is going to be setting up on our 200yd rifle range to host their 2020 annual fund raising banquet. We're doing our part for wetland conservation by providing a venue that will allow an event like this to happen during the COVID restrictions that are imposed on traditional indoor venues.
