Who Da' Man... I Did it. Under contract, 93% of asking, with $4900 in closing available, 21 Day Close... I have been in Real Estate many years first starting in California, I am from Old School Sales. I am working on a book called : God, My Sales Manager. God has brought me here and taking me there. All you have to do is believe in what you are doing and what you want to accomplish, beleive, pray and it will be yours. I want to say happy Memorial Day, let us not forget what ...the day is all about. Though it is good for BBQ and family gatherings it is also a good day to educate our children of the sacrafice that has been made to keep us free. Freedom to be who we chose to be in this country. Gay, strsight, black, white, Hispanic, Etc. We are free because of the men and women who fought for our country. God Bless them all, new old, alive and those who have passed. Some advice from one who is striving to be Wise, Don't let others bring you down." I currently have three deals scheduled to close in two weeks, all within a week. Granted, no guarantees. However by my example you will see that with a little hard work you cam be successful. I want to share this story not to anger or upset anyone or to go on a tangent. I am blessed to have had the experience and to have overcome the obstical. Know that when Satan sees something going good he will use everything in his power to create negatuvy all things bad to discourage you, he will use good people to do his work. A word of Wisdom here, "Don't let Satan use you"... My first experience with my getting my license her in Georgia, having the old school mantality of hard work and tanasity caused several problems, being called many things from A Liability to Commissiin Breath. These words made me step back and reevaluate who I was and whst i eas trying to accomplish.
