Ammo Update: We get calls everyday asking if we have ammunition. A recent email asking if we'll have 38 special in a few weeks as a person is bringing in some people for "Training". Well.... we are out of .223/5.56 and have been for a couple of months. We just ran out of .380acp and will most likely be out of 38 Special in a few days. ... We make our own ammunition, but we are now only making 9mm, 45acp, 10mm, 45LC, and 44Mag in an effort to make our primers last until we get re-supplied. All other small pistol primer ammunition we have stopped making. We visited the gun show yesterday (10/3) in Grovetown and there was ammo there that is selling for above normal prices, but it is there. We suggest that you go to the gun show and get ammunition there if you are having a hard time finding it in the local stores. We do not want to gouge people with over-priced ammunition hence we are going without. Our current ETA on primer resupply is the end of October, but we are at the mercy of the import process as these primers are coming out of eastern Europe. We have been on an ammunition ration for months now and to restate it: 1 bag of 50 rounds per caliber per bench. So if you have 3 people on a bench and buy 9mm as an example, the three of you will be sharing 50 rounds. Absolutely no ammunition sales out the door. We wish we were not in this situation, but in an effort to keep the range open, this is where we are.

Ya'll be careful out there today....lots of rain and saturated ground. The retaining wall of the skating rink next door just collapsed (9:10am). Pic is fuzzy due to the rain.

FYI - our sister outdoor range SHARPE Shooters will not be open for live fire today due to weather and poor range conditions. We will be running normal operations at the indoor range.

Sunday mornings are nice and quiet at the range since we don't open til 1pm. Perfect environment with a radio playin' some nice tunes and the press is loaded up with Shooters World Clean Shot, the bullet tray with 100gr X-Treme plated bullets, and no interruptions. 380acp is what this results in as we keep making ammo to keep up with demand.
