There have been questions going around as to if we will be opening Friday, April 24th. We regret to inform you that we are not. Our website hasn’t been updated since the beginning of the outbreak and we are working on fixing it. Check back here for updates on the official reopening date. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

We are saddened to say that we have lost a great man, employee, and friend this week. Mr. Tommy Clark passed away Thursday, April 9th. Tommy has served as our security guard at Skate Country- Gainesville for several years; but to our regulars, kids that were raised skating, and those who worked with us know that he was so much more than that. Tommy knew everyone, had a nickname for everyone, and you had best follow the rules and stay on his good side or you were in trouble. Please keep Tommy’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this time, as well as all the employees and skaters that knew him! We love you and will miss you, Tommy!

Following the guidelines of our president and health officials we have decided to close Skate Country Gainesville and Buford until April 3rd. We will reevaluate our status at that time. Everyone stay safe and we hope to see you soon!
