Thanks to everyone for eating with us tonight, to say we were busy was an understatement. We want to apologize for the wait and want to say thanks for the understanding from most. The few that didn’t please understand that Smokin Pig is not a fast food restaurant and we cook food to order so when we get super busy their is going to be a wait. Tonight was out of the normal because so many was out of power and we were blessed that a huge majority of those chose to eat with us.
