SAPSC USPSA Shooting

We are going to cancel this week's uspsa Match, scheduled at Autrey's Armory (8-4-20). Once again we have some key personal who will not be in attendance due to work and personal reasons. Our attendance has been down over the last few months, and I'm guessing it's covid related. We will send out an email with a poll, and try and figure out what's in the best interest of the club and its members for the matches in the near future. Thanks, Johnny

Sorry folks but we only have 3 people signed up for tonights match and w/several key folks being previously indisposed, we have to cancel the match! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, but with the number of folks signed up, it isn't worth the effort to setup the match with so few shooters. Here's this week's uspsa stages, at Atlanta Range and Ordnance (ARO), we will start shooting at 7, Thursday, June 4th. Please pre register, it will make sign in easier. When you arrive at the range, you don't have to go through the building, the gate to the side will be open and you can walk around to the back. Hope to see everyone there. Johnny

Uspsa shooting is back in action at Atlanta Range and Ordnance, (ARO), tomorrow night, May 21st. We will be having 1 field course and a classifier. Shooting starts at 7, get there early to sign in and lend a hand setting up if you wish. Thanks, Johnny

Here's a great chance to learn about competive shooting. Our club (SAPSC), is hosting an event on Sunday, February 9th at Atlanta Range and Ordnance in Newnan. This is for all people who are just getting started in the sport, or looking to find more info about the sport. Several club members will be on hand to talk about the sport and the rules. We will have a small course of fire setup for everyone to shoot. This is a free event, you must bring your own gun and ammo. Some extra mags and holster. Thanks to Atlanta Range and Ordnance for allowing us to do this at there beautiful indoor range. The event will be from 11am to 4 pm. Just drop in and see what it's all about.

Tomorrow, Scott Spinks will be at Autrey’s making custom molded hearing protection from 4-8. I believe the standard model is about $60 and if you get there early, they can be done same day. More info at www.premearhearing.com.
