We have a couple last minute openings for the final class of the year, this Saturday! We'll be adding a smoked turkey to the class, just in time for thanksgiving! Looks like it will be a beautiful fall day, so come and join us!

You will also cook specialty items you will be proud to serve, plus you get to spend hands-on time operating our wide variety of smokers. Finish the day with a big party for students and guests. Competition Boot Camp If you are interested in BBQ competition, this is the class for you. We will help you with team formation and coach you while you have a full-dress rehearsal.
