Smoke Rise Gets a New Park! The board of the Smoke Rise Bath & Racquet Club has an exciting announcement The City of Tucker is transforming the SRBRC into a city park and will maintain our pool and tennis facility! Parks and Rec. is already cleaning the area, the pool, the courts, and is undertaking other improvements. The facility will be permanently staffed by the city.... If you’ve paid for a 2020 SRBRC membership, you’ll automatically receive a 2020 membership from the city. Call 470-481-0205 for more info., or to sign up for an annual pass. The SRBRC board will soon transform into a Friends of SRBRC group and will continue to play an active role. Let us know if you'd like to be part of it and stay tuned for more news! We thank all our members and guests for a really great summer this year at SRBRC. And especially a big THANK YOU to all of you who signed up to help keep us running smoothly. We are planning a general meeting - open to all - in mid October to update the community on club operations and needs. Stay tuned for date and details coming soon.... Looking forward to a great 2020 season!!!!!!!

Our End of Season Party was a blast! Thank you to all of our generous LOCAL sponsors. Please be sure to check out these fine neighborly companies - and congratulations to all our winners who took home some awesome prizes yesterday.

All good things must come to an end... until next year! POOL CLOSING: Please note, the SRBRC pool closes today - SEPT. 2 - at sundown. While the cover won't be in place for a couple of days, the pool will be closed to swimmers. We are turning off the pumps and stopping chemical monitoring of the water - to prepare the pool for its fall/winter hibernation. Thank you to everyone for a great swim season - and we hope to see you back for more fun in the sun next summer!... Don't forget to renew your membership now for an early-bird discount on the 2020 season. ALSO - If you sign up before OCTOBER 1, 2019, you are automatically entered for a chance to win $100.00 off your membership! We will hold the drawing at our upcoming mid-October general meeting (more details to come on the meeting).
