The study guide is currently on sale at Amazon for $9.79 (ISBN# 978-0-310-08714-4) and the book at Amazon is $12.59 (ISBN# 978-0-310-35139-9). Due to COVID-19 we are requiring preregistration. We have to maintain social distancing so small groups will be smaller and seat assignments will be made for large group.
