Updated Holiday Hours We will be closed today (12/24) tomorrow (12/25) and Saturday (12/26) Originally we had announced we would also be closed for New Year. We realized that would leave our community with no open clinics for emergency situations on those days. Given these circumstances, we have decided to open our doors on New Years Eve and New Years Day from 10am - 4pm for emergencies. An emergency exam fee of $115 will apply to all visits. We will remain closed on Sa...turday January 2nd. Thank you for being a part of our St. Francis family!

Yesterday we shared about pet obesity and how common of a problem it is. How can you tell if your pet is obese? This is a great infographic showing the different body scales we use to measure.

St Francis Animal Hospital 08.06.2020

Obesity is something that so many dogs and cats deal with. It's hard as owners not to love and reward with food and it can be even harder to recognize that there is a weight problem. The public is so used to seeing overweight animals that those in normal ranges even look thin! Obesity can lead to SO MANY health problems. If you need to get a plan, including calorie intake, for your pets weight loss please see us! We'd be more than happy to work with you and set goals for your pet.
