This evening St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Oakwood is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special combined bilingual Eucharist with Bishop Rob Wright preaching and presiding, followed by a potluck supper and program. Very exciting time in the life of this wonderful parish!

Trouble Jesus understood soul trouble. In the midst of his trouble he didn't pray for relief or to be saved. Amazing! He moved through his troubles with out-lou...d faith. Faith that caused others to believe. Trouble is the anvil where souls are forged and shaped; the soil from which our joy springs. And a means to showcase the trustworthiness of God.
