Bring yourself luck and wealth in the New Year by starting it off with Collard Greens. Instructions: In a 10-qt. stock pot over medium heat, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until almost crisp. Add onion, sautéing for an additional 8 minutes. Add garlic and smoked ham and sauté an additional minute.... Stir in chicken broth, greens, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
