If you rent from me, Your application states: Outside and yards are tenants responsibility - if not maintained owner will do at tenants expense..... SEVERAL of my tenants need to do some cleaning and cutting..No non operating vehicles to just sit in yards allowed, NO TIRES. I can only imagine if the outside is this bad, what the inside looks like.Take some pride in what your place looks like please.

If your air conditioning filter looks like either one pictured, it is past time to change it. Your unit (my units) are starving for air, power bill is higher and unit will freeze, having to pay to have someone come fix unit.. All around it costs you and me more than the $2.99 to change monthly. Thank you for changing your filters regularly.
