Meet a soon to be a young mother duck. She's sitting on about 20 eggs, a few of them are chicken eggs. It will be towards the end of February before we see the young ones. Ducks take a little longer to hatch out than chickens, 28 vs. 21 days. It will be fun and a little challenging during these cold days. Here's to new life on the Hill!
