Please congratulate our Employee of the Year, Molly. Molly has worked for Taqueria Tsunami for over 4 years. She started working with us as a host and an expo when she was in high school, and when she turned 18 and was able to serve tables, she moved into that role and quickly developed into a fantastic server. She moved away for college, but continued to work for the company at another location, and when she came home for holidays, she reached out to us willing to help us o...ut in any role we needed while she was in town. She has continued to grow and develop as she has taken on the role of an opening and closing server for us this year as well as a catering partner. When Covid hit, her classes were all moved online, and she opened her availability fully for us in whatever capacity we needed. As a server, she works host and expo shifts when we need help filling the schedule for those positions, and she doesn't complain or gripe a bit. She has a positive attitude, and she is well liked by her peers. We are grateful to have her as an asset to our team!
