As we were driving home from work, Sheppy said, I think WE worked on that truck this morning. He was talking about a truck at a red light. At first I joked about his use of the word we, but I love that he completely identifies as a worker right alongside us. We have been working 60-70 hours a week since we opened, and our kids have been with us every step of the way. So incredibly grateful that we are all able to work and learn together. They are learning mechanical skills, but above all they are learning that each person matters. No matter their vehicle or their situation, the person is what matters and treating each other with kindness and fairness is the most important. #tireshoptoddler

We are working hard and putting in a lot of thought to keep our customers and employees safe. We have outdoor seating, a sanitized waiting room, and will pick up your vehicle. We are open this week until Thursday. We will close on Friday and Saturday to honor the ultimate sacrifice that was paid for us. Happy Easter to you all, and if you need your vehicle cared for during this time- we would be honored to serve you!

Our constant goal is for our family to keep your family safe. In light of current events and our goal, we have spent our afternoon deep cleaning our waiting room and brainstorming various ways to keep everyone healthy while we care for your vehicle. During this time of social-distancing, we are extending our pick-up and delivery service to a 10mile radius (unfortunately, there will be limits on how many vehicles we can pick up in a day). Our technicians will wear disposable ...gloves the entire time they are in your vehicle, and we will wipe down door handles and steering wheels. If the weather allows, I have placed some comfortable chairs outside to enjoy the fresh air and spring weather. If you need to wait while we care for your vehicle, our waiting room will be clean and sanitized. As we reflected on which actions to take, we realized that these are all good practices and should be standard operating procedures in normal times as well! I apologize that it takes crazy times to make us realize the obvious We appreciate your patience and business as we all navigate this uncertain time. As always, we are incredibly grateful for our customers who allow our family to care for theirs!
