Video Conference Closings are very likely about to exist (at least Temporarily) in the State of Georgia. The Georgia Supreme Court has passed an order which temporarily waived the requirement for the attorney to be physically present. Once it is signed by the Governor, it will be official. If (more like when) remote notarization is allowed, the entire closing can take place over video conference.

Per section f, subsection 19 of the Atlanta Order, Legal Services are considered an essential service. Consequently, we will remain open and continue to close. We want buyers, sellers, agents, and our staff to remain healthy and safe so we are adding every we are precaution reasonably possible to our closing process.
