What is Float Therapy? Imagine the feeling of being suspended in space. That’s the feeling you get floating in 900 pounds of dissolved epsom salt. More than simple relaxation, epsom salt or magnesium sulfate, is a mineral that nearly everyone is deficient in. When you float in the pod your body absorbs these minerals and your body’s magnesium and sulfate levels increase.
